I’m Pearlyn, your personal tutor.

I graduated from Dunman High, and was a H2 Computing Student just like you!

I really struggled with H2 Computing in JC1 as I didn't have any guidance/ experience from the start.

When I was struggling, I yearned for a community that could guide beginners, and answer many of my "silly" questions. I didn't have that and hence - I'm hoping to build one for you now!

I secured a B for my A Levels, which wasn't perfect. From a U in JC1 however, I would say I pulled myself from the grave.

I didn't give up on Tech, and continued pursuing it in Uni. I had my "light bulb moment" in late JC2/Uni where I subsequently graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Info Systems. I also won many accolades, consistently been on the Dean’s List, and bagged internships in leading Tech firms along the way.

And today, I'm working as a Software Developer in one of the world’s top banks.

I hope my own Computing journey can assure you that you'll be able to get a good grade no matter your starting point, and, if you wish, you'll also be able to land a job in Tech! 🙂
